The Little Seed That Could
Once upon a time in a small village on the beautiful hills, there was a large and beautiful garden. That garden was flourishing with beautiful and colourful flowers and tall trees. In the quiet corner of the garden, under the shade of a big oak tree, there was a tiny seed.
That tiny seed dreamed of growing into a tall and strong tree, just like its neighbours in the garden. However, it was small and felt unimportant.
“I could never be as big as them,” the seed sighed.
One day, a gardener named Mr. Thakur visited the corner where the little seed lay. He bent down and said softly,” Every plant starts small. With time, care and a bit of courage, anything can grow.” he gently picked up the seed and planted it in a pitch of rich and dark soil.
From that day, the little seed began its journey. It was not easy. Some days were too hot and sunny which made the ground hot and dry. On the other days, the rain poured down heavily which threatened to wash it away. but the seed remembered the gardener’s words and held onto its dream. Slowly the little seed began to grow.
A tiny sprout emerged, reaching for the sunshine. It was a small start. But every day it stretched a little higher. the other plants would cheer it on, whispering,
“Keep growing”
