In the fast-paced rhythm of modern life, stress has become an inevitable companion for many.

What is stress?

Do you know how to restart?

How to rewind?

If you don't know, I am sure you will learn some insightful information from this article.

Stress is a natural human reaction that happens to everyone. Our body is designed to experience stress and react to it. When we encounter challenges, our body produces physical and mental responses.

I have another definition of stress.

Let’s beat Stress with the acronym STRESS.

Here STRESS stands for:

S — Sleep

T — Travel

R — Rest

E — Exercise

S — Sing

S — Swim

No one needs an explanation of the above acronym. It is self-explanatory. We can perform all these activities except swimming. We need training for this.

Statutory Warning: Don’t jump into the pool when you are stressed.
