Don’t you think it is mandatory to take our time to recharge our batteries and have time to focus on ourselves?

Of course, yes…

We all know how stressful our lives are, we are under too much pressure to cope with our daily activities.

And how you spend this me-time is equally important. Everyone deserves a little time to themselves each day. You should give yourself at least 15–20 mins in a day.

Me-time is the time for self-motivation, and self-analysis, to awaken you hidden little mischievous monkey that is sleeping inside us.

In my free time, I focus on finding happiness with the little things like reading a book, going for a walk, writing a diary and journaling. I think investing time in myself helps me to be confident and be a better version of myself. I would love to share how I spend my me-time.

  • Wake up: For the first 5 minutes of the day, I spend feeling gratitude for all the blessings in my life. It helps me to notice the small and simple joys of life.
  • Connecting with Nature: At least 15 minutes daily. Nature can teach us many things. I love to watch looking at the greenery and beautiful changing…
