Gratitude is when you feel thankful for the good things in your life. Gratitude is taking a moment to reflect on how lucky you are when something good happens, whether small or big.

Today I will share some tips to add gratitude to your life.

Every day, say aloud three good things that happened. This can be a fun activity to do with your kids when you tuck them in or around the dinner table with family, but it is also extremely powerful to express gratitude aloud when you are alone.

Keep a gratitude journal: You need to write down the small things from your day that mattered to you. If you have a rough day, you look back through the pages of accumulated blessings in your life.

Says thanks to your partner: Couples who express gratitude toward one another set up a powerful feedback loop of intimacy and trust. They should feel grateful for each other’s role in running a family.

Thank yourself: Gratitude does not always need to be focused on what other people have done for you. Make sure you give a thank-you note to yourself for cultivating healthy habits in life. You started eating healthy, balanced diet, taking proper rest, and started yoga and meditation in…
